From Survival to Surrender: My Spiritual Manifesto

There are days when the soul calls for a reset, when we choose to stop moving just because the world tells us to, and instead align with what truly matters. Today can be such a day. Today, let us drop the resistance, release the need to chase, and make a quiet promise to ourselves, to live in harmony with our own rhythm, guided by the whispers of the Divine. The words that follow are my declaration… and perhaps, they can be yours too.

Today, I Decide

Today, I decide
Not to act for survival,
Not to drift with the hours because they must be filled,
Not to obey a voice that is not my own.

Today, I move to the rhythm of my soul,
Attuning to whispers of the Divine,
Hearing the quiet truth beneath all noise,
Doing only what awakens love in me.

Today, I choose to contribute, not merely consume.
To hold myself to the highest vision of what I can be,
To trust that what unfolds is always the best,
To rest in the knowing that all is cared for.

Today, I refuse the chains of habit and fear.
I step into each opportunity with my fullest self,
And bow out when my creation is complete.
I surrender to Divine Will
Acting only where the Divine has opened the door,
Welcoming what is meant for me
And letting go of the chase.

Today, I love more deeply,
I soften into compassion,
I flow with the wild grace of nature.

I let nature move through me freely,
No longer bound by the rigid patterns
I have worn for thirty-seven years.

Today, I marvel at creation
Knowing that all I need flows to me from Maa.
I open my channel to the sacred current,
Letting every act be born from that light.

Today, I accept:
I am but an instrument,
A vessel for the Divine work,
And I serve for the highest good of all.

And now, this promise is ours - yours and mine.
A vow to walk with trust instead of fear, to create instead of merely consume, to serve instead of chase. From this moment on, we let the Divine lead our steps, knowing that all is cared for and all will arrive in perfect time.

May these words be more than a reading, may they be a living prayer we carry into every tomorrow.
