A Prayer for the Inner Child : Healing your Trauma

Oh sweet child, I love you, I embrace you for your innocence of trusting, and your bouts of anger
And I appreciate you for the naïveté and the abundance you expected
And I wonder how you paved through so many difficulties all but by yourself, making sense of the missing pieces of the puzzle

All the time craving for truth and purity 

I embrace you for the perseverance and the giving nature, for you decided to give your all, every time

And I am sorry for the disappointments that you faced because sec wasn’t aligned, and I wasn’t there for you, my inner child

It is only in magnanimous contract do you experience every bit of humanness in the fullest, that is the worst and the best 

And even through that if you chose to seek me; I will be there, always.

Because it is only but belief and intention that drives life

And brings harmony to existence

It is never in shallowness

Or advantage

Or want

Or needs

It exists in sheer bliss of being alive and accepting experiences as they cascade in the marvel of learning.
